oldbaraqa.ge is run by Kalti LLC, company identification code 405480055. Old Baraqa is a bakery and cafe on Chavchavadze Avenue in Tbilisi.
Delivery
- An order is processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour.
- How long delivery takes depends on whether the product is available and on the address you give us.
- We tell you the estimated delivery time when we confirm the order.
Returns
A product can be returned in the following cases:
- the product arrived damaged through our fault;
- what arrived is not what was ordered.
If you want to return something, please contact us as soon as you receive the order and send us the details or a photograph that shows the problem.
What we cannot take back
A return is not accepted if:
- the product was damaged by the customer.
Refunds
If we accept the return, the money goes back the way it was paid. An order paid by card is refunded to the same card through our payment provider; an order paid in cash is refunded in cash. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
