This page explains what personal data we collect on oldbaraqa.ge, what we need it for, and who else sees it. Last updated: 31 August 2026.
Who we are
oldbaraqa.ge is run by Kalti LLC, company identification code 405480055. Old Baraqa is a bakery and cafe on Chavchavadze Avenue in Tbilisi. We are the controller of your data.
What we collect
- Your order: name, phone number, email, delivery address, what you ordered, any note you leave for the kitchen, and how you chose to pay.
- Your account: email, name, phone and an encrypted password. A business account also carries the company name and identification code.
- The contact form: your name, how to reach you, and your message.
- Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. This only if you have agreed to statistics.
We do not collect or store card details. You enter your card on the payment provider’s own page; we receive only the result of the payment.
What we need it for
- Taking, preparing and delivering your order, as part of performing our contract with you.
- Sending the order confirmation, the invoice and account emails.
- Keeping accounting records, as the law requires.
- Seeing how the site is used, only with your consent.
Cookies
Necessary. The cart, the session, staying logged in, and remembering your cookie choice. The shop cannot work without these, so they do not ask for consent.
Statistics. Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_*) shows us which pages are read. These cookies are only written if you accept them on the banner.
You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings”, at the foot of every page.
Who else sees it
- The delivery service: your name, phone and address, and only for a delivery order.
- Our payment provider (Flitt): what it needs to take the payment.
- Our hosting and email providers: technically, so the site and its mail work.
- Google: statistics data, and only with your consent.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it
Orders and invoices for as long as accounting law requires. Your account until you ask us to delete it. Contact-form messages until the conversation is finished.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent to statistics at any time. We will deal with your request within a reasonable time.
